Owner and Manager

JSB Industrial Solutions, INC is owned and managed by me, Shane Wallingford, to be a solutions provider for manufacturers tailoring to their specialized needs. It was created with the vision that good communication between all parties will provide the best answer to the problem. From Ball Mills used in pulverization to custom design of equipment or components, JSB Industrial Solutions, INC will gladly work with our clients to resolve the issues that are prevalent.

I am a graduate of Morehead State University with a Master of Science in Engineering and Technology Management, a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management, and an Associate in Applied Science from Maysville Community and Technical College. I am a Certified Technology Manager (CTM) that has extensive manufacturing experience in the mining, paper, and fabrication industries.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation for your interest in our company and look forward to the challenges that you present. I believe that together we can make a difference in what you do and how you do it.

Overview of History

Economy Ball Mill has a long history that dates back to 1957, when the company began as Economy Manufacturing. We produced custom ball mills to support the production demands of the Rust Belt, and from its first location in East Liverpool, OH, the company began solving size reduction problems for a range of industries.


By the mid-1970s, Economy Manufacturing merged with a blending technology company and became Crossley Economy Company, relocating to East Palestine, OH. Ball mills, mixers, blenders, and valves were all part of the product line.


When the Rust Belt took a downturn in the late 1980s and early 1990s, Crossley Economy sold off the mixer, blender, and valve portions of the business and became Economy Ball Mill Company.


Purchased by JSB Industrial Solutions, Inc. in 2013 and relocated to Tollesboro, Kentucky, Economy Ball Mill continues to provide quality ball mills for a wide range of processes — batch, continuous, and continuous overflow.

We get to know the problems of the customers firsthand, on an intimate level, to make sure that we completely understand the issues and what the customer wants resolved.
